Château Gravières

Château des Gravières is located in the town of Graves de Portet, to the south-east of Bordeaux. Its vineyard stretches as far as the left bank of the Garonne river on a site considered as one of the best gravel plateaux in the appellation. It has enjoyed the care and attention of the Labuzan family for 7 generations. The young oenologist owners have managed to reconcile modern techniques (recently renovated winery) with the ancient methods that they hold dear (fining with fresh egg-white, traditional maturing). Strict winemaking practices and constant care result in supple, delicate, always enjoyable wines.
