Château de Maligny
From father to son, the Durup family have tended their vineyards in Chablis for several centuries. Today, Jean Durup has the largest domain in Burgundy (about 170 hectares of vines) and produces more Chablis than anyone else. Located right in the middle of the Chablis appellation, the Durup family properties include the largest proportion of steep, well exposed slopes and pebbly soil.

In both viticulture and vinification the Durups respect and follow the traditions of Chablis. The domain's production is essentially made up of wines of the world renowned Chablis appellation. Their finest are from the heart of the Chablis Premier Cru vineyards where they own parts of Fourchaume, Vau de Vey, Montée de Tonnerre and Montmain vineyards and they also produce excellent Petit Chablis.
As their reputation continues to grow, the Durup family exports its wines around the world.
