Since the wind comes puffing in over the nearby ocean, it reduces the temperature in our vineyards, thus creating ideal, slow ripening conditions that produce more intense character. Moreover, the constant flow of fresh sea air over the vineyards flushes out heavy, disease prone humidity, allowing only the purest fruit flavours to be harvested.
