Abbaye Saint-HilaireLocated on the hills extending from the Sainte-Victoire Massif, the vineyard of Abbaye Saint-Hilaire is mostly composed of clayey-limestone soils (up to 25 even 20% limestone). Its altitude varies from 360 to 420 metres. This magnificent 146 hectares vineyard is part of the harmonious in a wooded area of 1,400 hectares of white oaks, green oaks and kermès, with islands of Alep Pines, a paradise for partridge, duck, wild pidgeons and grebes.
